I don't know if these offices are everywhere, but in my town, there's a pediatric office called "Pediatric Associates" that's open 7:45 am - 9 pm nightly 7 days a week. It's been my lifesaver.

Make sure you take care of yourself too. There is nothing worse than being sick WITH your kid.
