1) It was 'leave-everything-in-Lumber' night.
2) You can tell I've not been there all week: Floors and mats dirty, bags not filled, coffee bar a mess
3) When I arrived, had to go #3 until 6:15. Thank GOD Conrad arrived at 6!
4) No one had emptied the coffee, even though Mayra was there from 11:30-4:30. I had to do it.
5) Final customer wanted to use his Pro points, so showed him how to convert to MyLowes $$. Then we discovered you can't pay for a GC with points, so was more successful.
Outfit: Maroon Naughty List tee, black l/s tee, new dark jeggings.
Was able to wear both tennis shoes again, 1st time since August 29th!!!

1) I was 30 mins early; misread my schedule
2) Cleaned the floor thoroughly
3) Brain and mouth were not 'connected' as I tried to explain the MyLowes Pro Rewards
4) Voice cut out at 8:30 for a few seconds.
Outfit: I Wasn't Made For Winter tee, black l/s tee, new dark jeggings.
