1) Had trainee with ZERO experience, so she watched me until my lunch at 6.

2) Had a complaint against J:  Customer reported he told her he was "too busy" to call someone to help her, since the line was long.

3) Showed HC M how to do LCA with tax exempt

4) Got the large trash bags, but then discovered they were the same ones as in the locker.  Oops....

5) Discovered I'd been on HC Mad's log-in since 7:15!  Oops....

Outfit:  Blue crew Cabela's sweatshirt, black CBS tee, patterned leggings, new faded jeggings, tiny silver hoops.

Day 19: Warmer, 50s; 65 t/a

HC:  Raven, Riley, Ben/Levi

Loaders:  DS Charles, Jax

1) 1st day with Olivia 8-5. I've tried to engage with her before, but it's a personality conflict, and we don't really connect. She comes off slightly abrasive.

2) Alex caught me clocking in from lunch early and taking a pit stop before returning to my register.

3) Had my trainee for an hour after returning from lunch. She's catching on!

Day 20: Warmer, 70s; 77 t/a

1) Olivia seemed more friendly today:)

2) Alex picked on me so much tonight, he nearly got on my last nerve. He asked if I was ever going to be good (ie:  Stay off phone, don't write) and I said, "Have you met me?"  LOL!

3) Despite the fact we had 3 lumber associates, after we closed, I helped Jax and Isaiah bring in two loads of carts.

Outfit:  Black/gray leapard stripe tee, new faded jeggings, blue marble danglies

Day 21: Chilly, 40s; 98 t/a

1) My zebra wouldn't log me in, but when I tried another, it said I was logged it.  Emma had me swap out the batteries, then everything worked fine.

2) We were BUSY!  Had 75 transactions before going to lunch at 7.

3) Customer decided against the flooring tile DS Charlie brought up, and bought a more expensive tile.

4) Saw Mel and Nan twice:)

Day 22:  Rare Sat Chilly, 50s; 114 t/a

1) I forgot to grab a zebra; thankfully, Emily gave me hers.

2) Was BUSY!  90 t/a in four hours!

3) Had a customer who told me this would be his final trip to the store, since he tried to return an item and was told since it had been 90 days, we couldn't take it back.  He was furious.  All I could say was, 'I'm sorry' with a smile on my face.

Day 23:  Palm Sunday Warmer, high 70s; 71 t/a

1) Was called to come in at 4

2) It was 'leave everything in Lumber night....Hardware, Paint, and Fashion Bath

3) Sent Jael to Fashion Bath and he didn't return for several minutes.
