1) Had trainee with ZERO experience, so she watched me until my lunch at 6.
2) Had a complaint against J: Customer reported he told her he was "too busy" to call someone to help her, since the line was long.
3) Showed HC M how to do LCA with tax exempt
4) Got the large trash bags, but then discovered they were the same ones as in the locker. Oops....
5) Discovered I'd been on HC Mad's log-in since 7:15! Oops....
