1) Went in at 4:30 and did the survey; stated we were doing a disservice to the older generation when it comes to the Rewards and looking up their cards.
2) Chad and Ian went to lunch at the same time; I didn't have any issues, but went to break and Kait called 3 times for a Code 50.
3) There were no red flags at close, but Ian rigged one out of a red Caution tape for a customer.
4) Had to eat at my desk, since I had returns to do during my break.

1) Went to break an hour late
2) Customer stole sucker
3) Customer may have stolen plumbers primer....noticed it in cart after they paid.
4) We have text-to-pay....who knew???
5) Got bag of candy for doing the BEST survey

Day 139: Hot, rain, mid-90s; 73 t/a

HC: Lisa
Loaders: Jax, DS Chad
1) Developed allergy eyes, so took a Benedryl liqui-gel.....and got sleepy at 4. Had to fight it, due to no one being able to cover me. Took a 10 min nap at 6, but it wasn't until closer to 8pm it began to wear off. I was still tired and not comprehending spoken instructions.
2) Enrique showed up with some roofing returns....1st, he said he didn't have his receipt, and the system couldn't find him. Then he produced said receipt, but 2 items were missing. Returned what I could, then tried to issue him store credit for the other two, and needed Mgr D's override. Got it taken care of, then told him to just take his Sprite and go. I was tired of dealing with him at that point!
3) Customer needed help in plywood while Chad was at lunch. Jax no show.
4) Jeff Neal decided to arrive at 8:30 and take a half an hour deciding what he wanted for delivery and what he wanted to take with.
5) Brought in 14 damn carts at close.
6) Learned next week, we return to 10pm closing time.

1) Ir rained between 5:30-7
2) Took my break at 7:10
3) From 8:30-close, rang up Morgan's 3 cull carts!

Off the weekend to go to Lafayette and Fowler!
